The UltraStack VG System is a scaleable, turn key operation that maximizes profit per square foot. We design all of our systems starting with the plant’s requirements first. This really requires a copy writer.

Engineered as a modular vertical grow system, it can scale to any size grow space while maintaining a consistent, optimal grow environment that ensures the highest fidelity production model possible.

Traditional vertically stacked grow environments do not dissipate the amount of heat generated by the required energy for Cannabis which drastically limits the number of canopies that can be stacked. Variances in the shape of rooms affect air velocity, moisture, heat and C02 in a way that makes maintaining a consistent environment around each plant extremely inefficient. Large scale HVAC systems can not manage this balance on their own.

The UltraStack VG manages heat, moisture and CO2 at the source with our patented inter-canopy airflow system. This also reduces the amount of airflow the main HVAC system has to handle resulting in further cost savings.

We remove heat at the source while maintaining a 0.3 m/s airflow upward from the floor of each canopy.

LED LIGHT FIXTUREs


The UltraStack VG lights are built on AgricUltra’s UltraRail Platform. Custom configurations of AgricUltra’s SolarRail Visible Spectrum Lights and MetaRail UVA + UVB Specrturm lights can be built to satisfy all PPFD requirements.

Yield Calculation


Each Shelf Module is capable of growing per year based on an average 5.5 crop cycles per year. To calculate your an annual yield simply multiple the number of modules that can fit into your space.

Each Shelf Module is X cm (X”) x X cm (X”) x X cm (X”).

Leave X cm (X”) from the height of your space to accommodate for the mass air return ducts.

The example show below consists of 64 shelf modules that are projected to produce Xg per year.

As Cannabis legalizes globally, we recognize that finding a reliable, educated and experience master grower and operators is can be difficult and carries risk.
